I PURCHASED THIS AS A REPLACMENT FOR ONE OF MY WORN OUT NO-NAME BRAND FRY PANS THAT I HAVE IN 3 SIZES...IT WAS INEXPENSIVE SO I FIGURED TO GIVE IT A TRY WOULDN'T COST MUCH...WELL TO MY SURPRISE I FIND THAT THIS IS THE BEST NON-STICK PAN I HAVE EVER COMER ACROSS...IT COOKS GREAT AND CLEAN UP IS A BREEZE...I AM NOW ORDERING THE 12" SIZE...I AM SURE YOU WILL LOVE THIS LIGHT WEIGHT PAN AS MUCH AS I DO...AND IT HAS A REAL NICE HANDLE THAT DOES NOT GET HOT!!!
