This is a pretty and functional piece of cookware. Just use a little spray oil, use medium heat and you can fry an egg, nonstick, in a more healthy way. The same goes for the veggies for that omelet, stir fry for one etc.
The health benefits of using a stainless steel product to cook in are multiple as the metal does not interact with the food or food acids. The taste remains pure and the secret is using a lower heat than commonly used for most cookware. The prettiest part is that the easy clean up with soapy water leaves a brand new looking shiny skillet again.
It is the main piece of cookware in my kitchen cooking for one.
