Excellent fryer, but it looks like Cuisinart has discontinued the item since it is no longer listed on their website. All they have is the much smaller CDF-100. The 300 gives you a great size for a family, and doesn't take up a ton of counter space. It's basically a cube of 11x11x11. It's simple to use, easy to clean, does the job well, and doesn't look like some of the fryers out there that have so many electronics that you're sure something is going to break. This unit is sturdy, simple, good-looking, and cooks enough at once that the whole family can eat at the same time. What more do you need? Get it before they become impossible to find!

Make restaurant-quality deep-fried food - crispy chicken, light tempuras, golden onion rings and calamari with crunch - right at home! The Cuisinart Deep Fryer has an extra-wide 9 inch X 9 inch fry basket that holds items with minimal stacking, so food cooks crispier all around. Basket clip allows fried food to be set over frying bowl to drain. A heating element, permanently affixed to the underside of the frying bowl, keeps oil a peak frying temperature, and the bowl lifts out to empty and clean. Our Deep Fryer fries more food in less oil than most other fryers, too, and temperature adjusts from 325F to 375F for perfect results, no matter what's cooking! Easy to clean.
