Thought it was time to rate my products as I ALWAYS read the reviews before purchasing. In short, LOVE MY PAN! You don't have to worry about the teflon coating peeling as I've heard that this can cause cancer. These pans will eventually become heirlooms because they NEVER wear out. I absolutly love this line, my first pan that was purchased was the everyday pan with dome lid, after that I was hooked and now have slowly started to phase out my old crappy worn non stick pans, these pans are a bit out of budget for Me but they are totally worth it I say spend the extra money then you would on the cheaper pans because these were made to last, the bottems are really thick and heavy and i just love the curved handles, makes it so much nicer to cook with, you will not go wrong with this line of pansCustomer Review: The only thing missing is a lid

This skillet is absolutely huge at 14". However, it heats evenly across the entire surface. It also cleans up very nicely. The only complaint is the lack of a lid. I would have paid extra for this.Customer Review: Heats up well, but sticks really badly!

While this seems like a quality pan (I have the 8" and 12"), even when using low heat and oil food still sticks. I'm a bit of a health-nut and dislike needing so much oil to prevent sticking. I originally bought this pan because I don't like teflon which is being researched for its link to health problems so I wanted a stainless steel pan. I bought the 10-piece set of the Cuisinart Chef's Classic stainless steel, and have supplemented it with the 12-inch fry pan. I think this is one of the best performing pans for the money that you can buy and after nearly 5 years of owning these pots and pans, I would not hesitate to do it again. I fully expect these to last until I am ready to drop some more serious coin on All-Clad. This product line is both functional and beautiful. I sometimes place a lot of performance demand on my stainless steel, and this set handles it with aplomb. Compared to All-Clad, I would give it 4 stars for solid performance, but at this price level . . . I give it 5 stars without a doubt! The combination of value and performance in this product makes it unbeatable.
