Summary: 5 Stars
This is a serious machine! So far, so good. I've only made pesto and shredded up carrots and zucchini for quick bread. I'm planning on really using it for summer dips (white bean hummus, salsa, guacamole--though guac is easy enough to make by hand). I also hope to make nut flours (I'm gluten free and these are such a great alternative flour for me) and nut butters.
Will revamp once I've used it more, but the weight of the machine makes me think this is a quality product. Plus, brand recognition is of course a factor. Very great quality for the price. (again, I should say "so far")
