I purchased this machine for a food kitchen in Victoria, Tx. It has already received a punishing number of days. I personally have the 14 cup Cuisinart and have no problems bragging about it.
At the kitchen, six days a week, this machine is used by any number of persons on a daily basis, some not fully knowlegable of the commercial Cuisinart 20 cup. At this time there are no problems and I do not foresee any.
