I've had this pan for a while now and have not had any of the problems of food sticking as others have mentioned, however I always use a 1/4 teaspoon of smart balance for whatever I'm cooking. I mean come on folks a 1/4 teaspoon of some natural fat, smart balance, butter, olive oil, is not going to kill you.
