This is the first of several Cuisinart Multiclad Pro pans that I have recently purchased to replace our 37-year old anodized cookware. I love this 12-inch skillet. The quality of the pan is evident in its appearance, by the way it feels when you lift it, and by the way it cooks. With proper care, it will truly last a lifetime. As one other reviewer mentioned, if you need a lid for this skillet, purchase the 5.5 quart saute pan, as it comes with a lid that fits this 12-inch skillet. You can purchase the 5.5 quart saute pan for just a few dollars more than what a lid costs.
I might also add that I have not had any problem cleaning the pan. Just remember to resist turning up the heat too high when cooking.
