Customer Review: Three years later, this pan can still crank out a perfect omelette

I got the earlier model of this skillet three Christmases ago, and it has held up amazingly well. The non-stick surface is still fully intact, and releases food just as smoothly as when I first used it. It always heats up quickly and evenly even on my lame electric range. The solid-metal handle surprisingly stays completely cool to the touch, even with prolonged stove-top use. It's quite sturdy and hasn't warped at all. I certainly haven't handled it with kid gloves, but I use (usually) non-metallic utensils with it. This new version is more than three times the amount I paid for my old one; but given what I've seen in mine's quality and durability, I think it's still a great buy.
