Customer Review: Nice looking-but...

Nice looking pot but the instructions for removing the vinyl protective film was written by someone who has never done it.
I followed the instructions-no dice, fould other suggestions from other websites (baking soda w/hot h2O soak) nada.
If Cuisinart can figure out a way for those of us with better things to do-I'd like to hear it.
