I ordered this part I needed for my new GE microwave and when I found it online I was extremely happy. I read the description and I saw 8" inches and that was the size I needed. I received the part and found it was only 5 "
I contacted the company and told them what happened and they were kind enough to refund my money and shipping which is stated that they will NOT do, but they did. An excellent company with excellent customer service.
I will definitely purchase from them again when I need other parts for my appliances. They went bove and beyond for customer services.
